The city of Nice, aspiring to become the quintessential green city, has launched a free helpline in collaboration with Citรฉos, the public lighting partner for communities.
“The aim is to tackle, with everyone’s help, the energy wastage due to reported malfunctions in public lighting equipment,” stated the Nice city council.
The call will be logged at the Citรฉos headquarters in Aix en Provence, and an intervention will be initiated as soon as possible. This procedure will provide better visibility of calls and a traceability of interventions accessible online by all territories, the energy service, and the operator.
The benefit of this procedure, in particular, is to be able to verify at any moment the list of faults reported by users and the speed of repairs.
