Nice relaunches its event “Nice Celebrates Going Back to School in the Heart of the Neighborhoods” on Saturday, September 13, 2025. A call for applications is open to local associations wishing to take part.
For its second edition, “Nice Celebrates Going Back to School” will take place in four locations throughout the city, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The objective is clear: to meet residents as close to their homes as possible. Associations, neighborhood structures, and residents are invited to this day dedicated to highlighting Nice’s associative life.
Open to all and free of charge, the event aims to showcase a wide range of activities: sports, culture, leisure, health, environment, and solidarity. Each stand will allow associations to present their actions and meet new audiences. The idea is also to encourage volunteer engagement or participation in workshops.
Activities are also planned to give a festive rhythm to the day. The atmosphere is intended to be family-friendly and convivial.
Applications open until June 20
Interested associations must submit their participation applications before June 20, 2025. Registration is done online through a specific form available here.
This major event of the 2025-2026 school year allows associative structures to gain visibility, but also enables residents to find an activity suited to their desires or those of their children.
Through this initiative, Nice aims to strengthen the connections between residents and the associations that work in the neighborhoods daily.
The exact locations of the event will be announced later. The selected structures will be contacted directly.
