After an information day last Saturday, which was a true success both in participation and in quality of organization, early childhood continues with a festive day starting with a picnic in the city parks followed by a recreational afternoon at Joïa.
Picnic with municipal childminders at 11 am
To celebrate the end of the year, the accredited childminders working in family nursery care are organizing picnics in different gardens around the city for the children they look after.
Before the meal break, with their feet in the grass, numerous activities are offered to them: water games, manipulation games, dances, songs… It is an opportunity for the toddlers and their parents to gather for a joyous and festive moment with their beloved “nannies”.
Recreational afternoon at Joïa from 3:30 pm on the occasion of the establishment’s 20th anniversary!
In 1991, in an old Nice villa, the nursery “La Joïa” opened, close to the city center of Nice, now served by line 1 of the tramway. Since its creation, more than 2000 young children from Nice aged 2 months to 3 years have been welcomed in this establishment open from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm!
The teams, who have succeeded one another, continually aiming to improve family reception, have managed to develop and evolve quality professional practices tailored to the needs and respect of young children.
Today, “La Joïa” is celebrating its 20th anniversary! On this occasion, this recreational afternoon is offered to families and professionals.
