On Friday, January 6th, and Saturday, January 7th, 2012, from 10 AM to 6 PM, the Nice Exhibition Palace will be transformed into a hub of guidance by hosting the Studyrama Higher Education Fair of Nice under the high patronage of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. Visit the Media Manager Master’s program at the IPAG stand.
The world of higher education will soon open up to future high school graduates in the Côte d’Azur region. They will join the approximately 54,000 students of the Nice Academy. Their main concern is orientation.
Which path to choose: university, a school, a work-study program, a course abroad? Which training for which profession? What to do after a two-year degree: continue studying or enter the workforce? How to reorient after a year of failure?
To answer all the young people’s questions about orientation, Studyrama is organizing the twelfth edition of the Nice Higher Education Fair on January 6th and 7th, 2012.
As every year, the Alpes Maritimes Academic Inspection, ONISEP, the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis (UNS), the City of Nice, Nice Côte d’Azur, and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region are partners of the event.
For two days, this fair will provide future high school graduates and students the opportunity to discover numerous institutions, exchange with professionals, and find their way among the thousands of existing programs.
As the only departmental student event dedicated to higher education in its entirety (both public and private), the Studyrama Higher Education Fair of Nice will welcome 150 exhibitors this year, representing over 600 post-baccalaureate programs: university, IUT, BTS, business and engineering schools, vocational schools, apprenticeships centers (CFA)…
These organizations, both regional and from across France, will have the mission of guiding young people towards the program suited to their educational level and specialization. They will offer programs in areas as diverse as sciences, arts, sports, business, health, computer science, and environment.
New: Conferences for everyone.
About thirty conferences will also be organized during these two days. On this occasion, visitors will be able to exchange with professionals on major orientation topics. Two special conferences on the APB procedure will be conducted by guidance counselors from the Nice CIO.
