The Association of Students and Alumni of the Hotel and Tourism School of Nice, in partnership with Paul Augier High School, welcomes former student Noëmie Honiat this Wednesday, December 5th, at the “Baie des Anges” restaurant, starting at 4 p.m.
Noëmie is just 23 years old, she graduated from the prestigious hotel school in Nice (Technological Baccalaureate, B.T.S. Option B (Culinary Arts and Table Service), Additional Mention Cook in Restaurant Desserts) and winner of the CEDUS Competition.
Noëmie won this competition thanks to her strong, combative, and competitive character. She is present both at the hotel high school, in her position at the Eden Roch in Antibes, takes pastry classes, and trains for numerous competitions.
During this meeting, we will learn more about her journey and her aspirations regarding her participation in the TV show TOP CHEF, and her projects. Noëmie is a true cooking enthusiast who never stops.
Her cuisine is innovative and creative, and she describes herself as a curious and perfectionist person.
During this “intimate” afternoon, she will step back into the kitchen to let us taste verrines, bites, spoons, amuse-bouches that she alone has the secret to!
It will be a privileged moment of sharing with the students of Paul Augier High School.
