Building on the success of his wine bar “Berco”, dedicated to land products, Nicolas Bercolino is now dropping anchor right next door with a new address: “Sea”, devoted to seafood products.
Deep blue, sunny yellow, graphic tiles and marine details: “Sea” immerses us in a joyful, colorful and decidedly briny universe. Facing the counter or seated on the terrace, platters and beautiful dishes naturally take center stage.
Craving freshness? Seafood platters – oysters (Gillardeau, Giol Toulon, Belon Brittany…), shrimp, crabs, whelks, langoustines… -, scallop carpaccio, tuna tartare, cured salmon, homemade tarama… Craving something hot? Fish soup, gratinéed scallops and mussels, octopus tentacles, grilled razorfish… For those with a sweet tooth? Panisses with smoked salmon, ratatouille, Saint-Marcellin, pastry desserts, ice cream… complete the menu.
