The Sedna Health Group is embarking on a project: the creation of a new clinic in Nice, in close collaboration with the geriatrics department of the University Hospital Center (CHU) and with prior approval from the Departmental Council.

Located on the boulevard de la Madeleine in Nice, this future clinic represents a major investment of 25 million euros. The building, planned to have five floors with a ground floor and two basement levels, will offer approximately 6,500 square meters of space, with an accommodation capacity of about fifty places, including about twenty reserved for local residents.

This project encompasses a set of medical and rehabilitation services, including a day hospital and a technical platform, as well as a follow-up care and rehabilitation clinic with 35 beds on the second floor. The upper floors will house a long-term care facility with 90 beds, surrounded by a therapeutic garden. The facilities will be equipped with state-of-the-art technologies such as balneotherapy, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy, thereby providing comprehensive and innovative care for patients.

The first phase of the project, including demolition and asbestos removal, is underway. Excavation work will then begin next September, with delivery scheduled for 2026.
