The residence “Les Aulnes,” developed by the social housing provider Côte d’Azur Habitat, which carried out this social homeownership project with the support of the Urban Community Nice Côte d’Azur, ADIL, and Logiam.

The Urban Community Nice Côte d’Azur, within the framework of the Local Housing Program and through the Pass Foncier scheme (which ended in late 2010), sought to offer an opportunity for the most modest households to purchase a new home at a controlled cost.

This development of 18 apartments (10 three-room and 8 four-room units) over four floors, located at the foot of the hills of Nice, is environmentally friendly and complies with the THPE (Very High Energy Performance) label. The average price for an apartment in this residence is 3,125 euros including taxes, with parking included.
