During the year-end period, and more particularly on the occasion of the Christmas holidays, which are traditionally seen as a time of sharing and solidarity, the City of Nice wanted to offer people in severe hardship and the shelterless a festive evening in a warm and friendly setting.

Thus, the Social Action Directorate of the City of Nice and the Municipal Social Action Center, spearheaded by Joëlle Martinaux, have organized a Christmas evening with the support of the Salvation Army and associations working daily against poverty.

The spirit of Christmas at the Corvésy restaurant.

50 volunteers from the Salvation Army and voluntary staff from the Social Affairs Directorate and the CCAS will welcome up to 200 guests from 6:30 PM.

A festive meal will be offered at 7 PM, interspersed with entertainment and musical interludes provided by the Salvation Army and musicians from the National Conservatory for Regional Outreach.
The evening will conclude with the traditional giving of gifts.
