“The iodized breakfasts from Reynaud!” A very strong success for the second edition!

The Nice MIN vibrated to the rhythm of the 2nd edition of the “Reynaud’s Iodized Breakfast” which hosted nearly 80 guests from 7:30 in the morning, offering them a tasting of the flagship products from their seafood range.

The many chefs from the invited region, as well as professionals in the hotel and restaurant businesses, among others, were able to appreciate the house products such as the famous organic Madagascan shrimp, organic salmon, or organic sea bream, which were highlighted and enhanced by the talent of local chefs for unique tastings.

Franck Paul, the site manager, and his collaborators then orchestrated one of the morning’s highlights: a tour of the live tanks housed on the Nice site, the most important in the south of France, where magnificent lobsters thrive and will adorn the finest festive tables at the end of the year. Among the guests were Mr. Paul Bouscatel, director of the Nice MIN, as well as a regional delegation of the Disciples of Escoffier accompanied by part of the national board.

Without a doubt, “Reynaud’s Iodized Breakfasts” have a bright future ahead, with the next edition scheduled for the spring.
