For the first time in France, a local authority is providing job seekers and recruiting companies with a web platform coupled with an innovative web and NFC service to enhance the relationship between these two components.
This portal is divided into four sections with a color-coding system to facilitate navigation: Job Seekers, Companies and Associations, Entrepreneurship, and Training.
The Mobile and NFC Solution
How does it work?
Job seekers register and complete a customizable resume depending on the skills required in the chosen sector of activity (currently available for Hospitality, Catering, and Trade, with Construction and Tourism coming soon).
Companies or associations register and post their job offers for FREE.
Two Matching Methods
The first, the recruiter enters their space and ticks the information that composes their ad (salary, type of position, etc.). With each option checked or unchecked, the number of candidates matching the profile fluctuates. Once the selection is made, the recruiter can, with a simple click, send a SMS to the candidate, who can respond just by returning the call after reading it.
The second, every Monday, recruiters receive by email a list of new applications that have been registered and that match or come close to the profile of their ad.
Announcements and News
The other part of the portal is intended for displaying local job ads published on sites and employment platforms (Apec, Manpower, CCI…) that will direct users directly to those pages. This allows the grouping of local ads for job seekers.
A News section is present in each category offering updates on actions, events, or activities inherent to the world of employment, business creation, and training. This news section is supplemented with updates from our partners (CCI, UPE06, AFPA, IRCE, Pôle Emploi…)
Advice will be provided to job seekers, recruiters, and business creators to better navigate their various searches in collaboration with Pôle Emploi.
