The extension of businesses continues until September 30 in Nice.
The restaurant industry has been significantly affected by the health crisis. So, upon the reopening of businesses, a system of temporary terraces was implemented.
The goal: To help them revive their economies. Currently, 129 businesses are benefiting from this setup.
This operation allows restaurant owners to extend their terraces onto the sidewalk and, by extension, accommodate more customers.
The initiative is a success, which is why it has been extended until September 30.
Still aiming to support businesses, Delille and Chauvin streets have become pedestrian-only on weekends and are expected to remain so permanently in the future.
However, concerning Alberti, Dalpozzo, and Lascaris streets, the resolution ended on August 30.
