The objective of this initiative is to advance each young person’s integration journey and help them find their path to employment:
On the one hand, by raising awareness of sports practice as part of a focus on health (mens sana in corpore sano), social diversity, and the development of their network;
On the other hand, by allowing them to connect with businesses, to make them aware of their potential, and to work on their skills, particularly in terms of soft skills (respect for others and rules, attendance, politeness, teamwork, self-confidence, a taste for effort, perseverance, humility…).
This program, offered to 20 young volunteers, will take place in several stages:
Karaté initiation provided by Jean-François GOMIS – four-time European Championships medalist and World Vice-Champion
Meeting between the young people and representatives of companies affiliated with the sports club
Welcoming the young people within these companies as part of a professional work-based learning experience
