The Employment Integration Service of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis and its partners organize throughout the year activities to highlight the potentials and talents of the individuals they support in their professional integration process (Vice&Versa, Happy Hour, 1, 2, 3 Employment Race, etc.).
These innovative activities aim to restore confidence in individuals who are far removed from employment, encourage them to participate in team projects, and showcase their skills to recruiters.
Theatrical improvisation, which relies on each individual’s talent, helps to bring out everyone’s potential. Improv on stage is the challenge taken up by ten people supported by the Local Employment Integration Plan of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, accompanied by their theater teacher Henri Concas.
This Monday at 2:00 PM at the Forum Jorge François, each aspiring actor will perform various skits, inspired or not by the theme of employment, in front of potential recruiters* attending the event.
Following the performance, the job seekers will have the opportunity to engage with them in a friendly setting.
