At 22 years old, Théo Pourchaire finally gets a full-time single-seater seat after several experiences in endurance racing, IndyCar and a role as development driver in Formula 1. An opportunity that the Frenchman welcomes with enthusiasm.

Opel launches its Formula E project with the GEN4
This arrival also accompanies Opel GSE’s debut in Formula E. The German manufacturer will succeed DS Penske and will participate in the 2026-2027 season, which is scheduled to begin in mid-December in Saudi Arabia.
The championship will enter a new era with the arrival of the GEN4. The new single-seater will exceed 335 km/h, achieve 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 1.8 seconds and will benefit from permanent all-wheel drive, a first in the history of the discipline. A busy schedule between Formula E, endurance and Formula 1
The arrival of the Grassois driver in Formula E comes to complete an already full schedule. Since the beginning of the 2026 season, Théo Pourchaire is one of six full-time drivers for Peugeot in the World Endurance Championship at the wheel of the 9X8. The Frenchman also competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the second time last June, following a first participation in LMP2 in 2025.
