In light of the exceptionally serious events that took place at the Alexis de Tocqueville high school in Grasse, Emmanuel Ethis, the Rector of the academy, Chancellor of the universities, and Michel-Jean Floc’h, the school inspector for Alpes-Maritimes, will announce the support and monitoring measures implemented by the National Education for the students and staff at this institution on Monday and the following days.
A medical-psychological emergency unit (CUMP) will be set up again there, along with the presence of the civil protection service of Alpes-Maritimes. Ten National Education psychologists will also be present at Tocqueville high school to support the teaching and educational teams.
