Exhibition: a hymn to freedom with « Levitation »
In the heart of Old Nice, Mathieu Forget presents eighty images in which he suspends his body in the air. Both a dancer and photographer, this artist questions space and the concept of freedom. These works present a body frozen in mid-air, at the center of an Antarctic landscape, among architectures from Japan, New York or Istanbul or alongside athletic bodies inspired by the 2024 Olympic Games. This exhibition will be available until September 27. Entry is 5 euros and free with proof of eligibility.

Opening: « We’ll see tomorrow », reflections on the concept of fatality
Artists Hyeri Yoo and Juliette Djahyef Moran will present their residency exhibition around the expression « we’ll see tomorrow », both a formula of hope and resignation. Accompanied by Élodie Antoine, the curator associated with the residency program of the Villa Arson, compositions of recovered objects and carriers of stories will be presented. The creation of these water-crossed landscapes will push viewers to question the concept of fatality. Entry is free and the exhibition will be available from August 22 to 25, 2026.

Evening: NOTRE DAME sets BOCCA MAR on fire
French DJ Notre Dame will offer immersive sets in a modern electronic universe with an enchanting groove. Alongside resident DJ Zelt and Franco-Dutch DJ Carl Dutt, these artists will set the tone for the evening with open air performances on the beach. Cinema: « Mamma Mia », an evening in the colors of Greece
Sophie decides to invite her mother’s three former lovers to her wedding to discover the identity of her father. Carried by the songs of ABBA, this musical and romantic comedy was directed by Phyllida Lloyd in 2008. This one hour and fifty minute open air screening will take viewers to the Greek island. In a vintage setting, this cocktail bar is an opportunity to discover a place where technique meets conviviality, between music and the rigor of London cocktails.
