According to the Cevipof/Ipsos Survey conducted for France 3, Marine Le Pen would come out well ahead in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (as well as in 9 other of the 13 French administrative regions).
Thus, with 36% of voting intentions in the region, she leads Emmanuel Macron (at 19.5%) by more than 16 points, and even achieves double the score attributed to François Fillon (at 18%).
For Philippe Vardon, regional councilor: “This survey only confirms the tremendous momentum that carries Marine Le Pen. The reception she received on Monday during her visit to the Alpes-Maritimes was another striking demonstration of this.
The result also reflects the profound rift between the electorate of the popular right and the candidacy of François Fillon, rejected both for his project and for the scandals that beset him.”
