Milt is the archetype of the self-made man, glorified by society, but he cheats on his wife. Harry, a poet or madman, once got lost in the mists of the American dream. And they all want to believe in Looove!
Murray Schisgal is notably the author of “Tootsie” with Dustin Hoffman. A blend of Ionesco, for the absurd, and Gogol, for the sarcastic observation, with a good dose of Jewish humor!
