In addition, there is the congestion of our cities, which has reached a considerable level of traffic jams and time loss.
Despite a bleak economic context, the Junior Chamber International of Nice is launching the 1st AutoBioMobile Show from October 22 to 25, 2010, at the Parc Phoenix in Nice. The goal: to introduce the public to clean and economical modes of transportation. From 10 AM to 6 PM, attendees will discover hybrid construction machines, vehicles running on bioethanol, cars, or buses. It’s a way to showcase current and future solutions. It’s also an opportunity to take part in tests and demonstrations.
Program:
– Friday, October 22: Educational Day reserved for students, schoolchildren, and associations.
– 9:30 AM: Opening of the 1st AutoBioMobile Show by Mr. Christian Estrosi, Minister in charge of Industry, Mayor of Nice, and President of the Urban Community of Nice Côte d’Azur.
– Saturday, October 23 and Sunday, October 24: “General Public” Days.
– Monday, October 25: Day for Communities and Companies, with conferences/panel discussions:
– 10:30 AM–12 PM: Decarbonized vehicles plan – developing charging infrastructure in partnership with communities, with the presence of Mr. Louis Nègre, Senator of the Alpes-Maritimes, Mayor of Cagnes-sur-Mer, and First Vice President of the Urban Community of Nice Côte d’Azur.
– 12 PM–1 PM: Green disk, “Welcome to LPG,” parking: simple incentive levers for communities
– 2:30 PM–4 PM: “LPG, CNG, E85 – the energy mix of the ecological cars of tomorrow”
