The French Remembrance Association is a national association created in 1887 with the aim of forming a bridge between all French people around the values of France and the Republic. Today, the French Remembrance Association has 200,000 active members throughout the national territory. Their goal is to preserve the memory of those who died for France throughout its history or honored it with noble deeds, especially by maintaining their graves and the monuments erected in their glory. It is also about passing the torch to successive generations by instilling in them, through the maintenance of memory, a sense of duty, love of the Homeland, and respect for its values.
