Indeed, the club participated in numerous championships during this season and achieved very good results. The season began with the French first division championships where the team of top-level wrestlers finished in third place on the podium.
In the younger and cadet categories, the young wrestlers made great achievements last April and finished as the top club in France in the younger category and 3rd in the cadets.
During the PACA regional championships, across all categories, Cavigal finished in first place. The club also had good results in national competitions and championships such as the Henri Deglane tournament or the Grand Prix de Dijon.
It was a great season for Cavigal Nice Lutte, which was rightly rewarded by the French Wrestling Federation, thanks to the physical and technical training by all the coaches that allowed the Nice wrestlers to achieve these great performances.
A date is set for next October for the French D1 championships.
