European Federalist Movement: Does Europe have a future?

Latest News

This is the title of a conference-debate moderated by PHILIPPE HERZOG, Economist, Member of the European Parliament (1989-2004), President of the Institute for Public Financial Education (IEFP), and Founding Member of the Confrontation Europe association, which will be held this Tuesday, May 28 at 6:30 pm at the Garibaldi Associations Space.

Can Europe still maintain its economic power and standard of living in a rapidly changing world where emerging countries dictate their terms on the market?

To address this question, the European Movement of the Alpes Maritimes has, since the beginning of the crisis, organized multiple conference-debates by inviting economists, politicians, Members of the European Parliament, and journalists. Their mission?

For Brigitte Ferrari, president of the MFE of the Alpes-Maritimes: “To enable our members to better understand the reasons behind the crisis and to discuss with them the means to combat it by choosing a united and federal Europe.

In partnership with the Condorcet circle, we are pleased to invite you to the conference of Philippe Herzog, a convinced European, accustomed to major televised debates.

With him, the Future of Europe is not read in crystal balls but in his long experience serving Europe and in the many books he has authored.”
