This Sunday, October 13, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at Maison du Terroir du Rouret.
The summer has quickly passed and has given way to the vibrant colors of autumn. The delights of the season are making their appearance at the flavor market! On the stalls, you will find authentic, local, and quality products to taste right away or to savor later for delightful moments: fresh or roasted chestnuts and derivative products (cream, jam, flour…), honey, wines, legumes, apples, squash, mushrooms…
To celebrate the arrival of the new season, demonstrations and workshops are on the agenda: from sheep to wool, from wool to clothing, you will learn the secrets of textile manufacturing. Food enthusiasts can also attend the making of artisanal gingerbread and a culinary workshop (in the morning).
Craftsmanship also takes part in the stands: pottery, fabric creations themed around autumn, and natural beauty and home care products… Finally, the most curious will not want to miss the exhibit of gourds and other extraordinary items: the association PECOS (Pรดle d’ECOnomie Solidaire des Alpes Maritimes) will present a wide variety of life-size squashes, in all their shapes and colors.
