October 13-14, 2011
In 2011, AROMAGRI will hold its annual symposium in Grasse on the theme: “Man in His Olfactory and Gustatory Environment.”
It will review various aspects of olfactory and gustatory perception to link fundamental aspects, with the participation of researchers in the field, and professional, artistic, or cultural applications. Each domain specialist will provide an insight into how they study, compose, or characterize the perfumes, aromas, scents, or flavors that make up their daily life.
Aromagri is a reflection and animation club that brings together members from research teams conducting molecular, cellular, neurophysiological, behavioral, and sensory studies of chemical senses applied to food, social relationships, reproduction, agriculture, environment, and health.
Each domain specialist will provide an insight into how they study, compose, or characterize the perfumes, aromas, scents, or flavors that make up their daily life.
