The first tangible results of the collaboration between the teams of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis and IBM were jointly presented by Christian Estrosi, in his capacity as President of the Metropolis.
Christian Estrosi did not hide his satisfaction, “My goal remains the creation of wealth and jobs to make the NCA Metropolis an example of balance between excellence and quality of life.”
The Research and Development teams worked together to develop the first “Intelligence Operation Center” management platform of the Metropolis.
Thanks to real-time data analysis, it will allow for better analysis and management of the mobility of people and goods, environmental quality, energy efficiency, and improve risk management.
This urban management tool will have practical applications such as 1-hour traffic forecasting, urban monitoring and data correlation, and a 3D view of events in their context.
But here, as we understand, we’re just at the appetizer, the main courses are yet to arrive… and watch out for the dessert!
