Muriel Marland succeeds Eric Gaspรฉrini as the president of CIRM, one of the six National Centers for Musical Creation. She joined the Board of Directors of CIRM as Vice President on June 19, 2014. Having long been involved in associative and cultural life, Muriel Marland is a “specialist” in the field of culture and contemporary creation.
Elected as a deputy from 2002 to 2012, she chaired the Parliamentary Study Group on the Development of Associative Life and Volunteering. She was also Deputy for Culture of the City of Nice from 2008 to 2014.
