The children will attend the concert of “Les Petites Canailles” and The New Gypsies as the opening act.
Opening Act: The New Gypsies, the Legacy of the Gipsy Kings
The New Gypsies is a group made up of four boys who are all part of the Gipsy Kings family. They are the successors! The New Gypsies want to pay tribute to their predecessors, the Gipsy Kings. This Andalusian music group has established itself in France since the 1980s with titles as well-known as “Bamboleo” and “Djobi Djoba.” It consists of two families of gypsy and Spanish origin, the Baliardo and the Reyes. Chico Bouchikhi is the group leader. The Gipsy Kings became famous for their festive songs, blending flamenco, Latino, and even pop influences.
Les Petites Canailles: The New Children’s Group from Season 5 of The Voice Kids
Les Petites Canailles is the gathering of 5 contestants from The Voice Kids who perform, with a lot of freshness, the standards of the “Salut les Copains” era. This group includes 3 girls and 2 boys: Manon (The Voice Kids Season 6), Carla, Madison, Lilian, and Hindy (Season 5). In addition to being musicians (guitarists for the boys, pianist or violinist for the girls), these young artists have absolutely exceptional vocal mastery. The repertoire includes the essential songs that founded the legend of the “Salut les Copains” years, as well as some Anglo-Saxon gems that fit into this groove.
Their first album was released this summer.
