This highly anticipated project in Nice involves the development of an underground parking garage with 200 paid spaces, including charging stations for electric vehicles and spots for two-wheelers.
In the place of the former parking lot, a 2,200 m² garden will be created. This new green lung, composed of trees, medicinal plants, and recreational and amenity spaces, will contribute to the well-being of residents and will also constitute a cool island that maintains a pleasant temperature in all seasons. A rest and relaxation area that will enhance the iconic Jeanne d’Arc church.
The construction, costing slightly more than 9 million euros, will begin in mid-July for completion at the end of 2023.
