340 students from Saint-Barthelémy School will welcome Totor.

Latest News

This Thursday, the Saint-Barthelémy school will host the artist Stéphane Bolongaro on Thursday, May 31, 2018, starting at 9 a.m. for art workshops centered around Totor, the children’s favorite mascot! The event, previously held last February at the Chalet des Roses school, is now being repeated at the institution that Stéphane Bolongaro attended as a child.

This initiative is part of the effort to raise children’s awareness of Art, to spark their curiosity by introducing them to materials, colors, and tools. Opening up to the world and to oneself, developing imagination, eliciting emotion, learning tolerance and respect, these are the goals that the City of Nice is committed to.

Several artists have already intervened in Nice: OTOM at the Vauban high school (whose inauguration will take place on Monday, June 4, at 5:30 p.m.), Jean Antoine Hierro and FABEN at the Chalet des Roses school, the creation of portraits of Nelson Mandela and Simone Veil at the Jules Ferry school… An initiative set to be reproduced in other educational institutions.
