Grenoble had to fight to secure the three points against Nice. Indeed, after opening the scoring at the start of the match, the Eagles made it difficult for the Wolf Burners by leveling to 2-2 just before the end of the second period. However, Vincent Kara deceived Ervins Mustukovs seven minutes before the final whistle, giving the BDL a lead that would not be overcome.
Juha Tarkkanen and Marek Drtina scored Nice’s goals. The Eagles are in ninth place in the standings (12 wins, 12 losses).
