Friday, July 19
A book club will be held at the Alain Lefeuvre Library in Les Moulins. From 9 am to 11:30 am. Come bring your readings to life through debates, critiques, and exchanges. By registration.
For both young and old, the library under the trees welcomes you for creative games, board games, and reading. It will be at Bib’Mobile at 1 Avenue St Jean-Baptiste and by registration.
Also in a library, this time it’s the Léonard de Vinci Library at 20 Chemin du Château Saint-Pierre that welcomes you for a card games workshop. An introduction to the MAGIC game by registration.
There will also be the classical music festival in Nice, L’Oiseau Bleu. It will take place at the Saint-François de Paule Church at 9, Rue Saint-François-de-Paule. Open to all and by reservation. From 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm, there will be Exultate, jubilate, the vocal music of Mozart.
Saturday, July 20
On the occasion of the arrival of the Tour de France, animations, and shows are planned the day before this finale. On the Quai des États-Unis, from 9:15 pm to 10:30 pm, there will be a DJ Set Ofenbach concert. It is a free concert.
It will be followed by a drone and pyrotechnics show, one of the largest in Europe! 1500 drones will be gathered with a fireworks display to close the show.
On the same day, there will be the classical music festival in Nice, L’Oiseau Bleu. It will take place at the Saint-François de Paule Church at 9, Rue Saint-François-de-Paule. Open to all and by reservation.
You will also be able to attend the MiróMatisse exhibition. It is dedicated to the relationships between the works of Henri Matisse and Joan Miró and will take place at the Matisse Museum, 164 Avenue des Arènes de Cimiez.
Sunday, July 21
At 5 pm, the Harmony Orchestra concert will take place at the Jardin des Arènes de Cimiez. On the program: The Entry of the Gladiators, James Bond 007, Highlights from “Elisabeth”, Jurassic Park Soundtrack Highlights, Always Look on the Bright Side of Life, and the Count of Luxembourg.
The grand arrival of the Tour de France: the athletes will cross Monaco to arrive at Place Masséna. From July 19 to 21, a Fan Park will be open in the Jardin Albert 1er. With a live broadcast of the race on a giant screen and many activities.
