The Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration (ISCAE) announces a capital opening to finance its expansion. For this, the school has partnered with Connect Pro, a recognized player in local investment.
A partnership aimed at supporting the institute’s growth through an increase in student numbers and the opening of new campuses in the region. This is what ISCAE aims for. Since its takeover in 2009 by Nacera Hassani and Roger Melzer, ISCAE has adopted a model of education based on work-study programs and digital innovation. The school welcomes more than 400 students each year, offering Bachelorโs to Masterโs level training in various sectors, including management, finance, and communication. The majority of students follow their training through work-study programs, thanks to a digitalized educational system that facilitates flexibility and learner autonomy.
Roger Melzer, president of the ISCAE, indicates that this restructuring project aims to meet growing demand in an increasingly competitive sector. He states: “The meeting with Connect Pro allowed us to envision new perspectives and consolidate our development. The proximity of the subscribers and the quality of the exchanges were determining factors.”
Means for Great Ambitions
ISCAE intends to continue its expansion with the financial and strategic support of Connect Pro โ Turenne Group. The strategy includes the increase in student numbers and the establishment of new learning sites. In parallel, the school plans to strengthen its support services for companies, notably through an internal recruitment agency, designed to facilitate the hiring of work-study students and manage administrative aspects related to the contracts.
According to Rรฉmy Garello, General Director of Connect Pro, this investment is part of a strategy to support local training and employment initiatives. He explains: “We are proud to collaborate with ISCAE, which has strong assets to develop its activities, with experienced teaching teams and certified training.”
Nacera Hassani, educational director, highlights the importance of this partnership for ISCAE’s development and its role in the region: “Working with Connect Pro will allow us to strengthen our position in the territory, by valuing local talents and contributing to educational and economic development.”
Thanks to this partnership, ISCAE gives itself the means to realize its ambitions and strengthen its position in a changing sector.
