Organized by the Movement Against Racism and Friendship Among Peoples 06, the second edition of the Palestine Film Festival will take place from September 12 to 26, 2025, in Nice and Montpellier.

A year after the first edition of the Palestine Film Festival in Nice and Valbonne, the event returns to Nice and Montpellier from September 12 to 26, 2025. According to the Movement Against Racism and Friendship Among Peoples 06, the six films featured in Nice cover various aspects and realities of colonization and the genocidal war in Palestine.

At the end of the screenings, according to the organization, it is essential to have discussions with the film teams. Among these feature films are Omar, released in 2013, From Ground Zero, hitting theaters in 2025, A State of passion, produced in 2024, The encampments released in 2025, Wardi in 2019, and 3,000 Nights, released in 2017.

Cinema, a Means of Resistance

All proceeds from these events will be redistributed to the Gaza Strip, according to the MRAP association. For the Movement Against Racism and Friendship Among Peoples 06, cinema allows Palestinians to bring vitality to a population that refuses to disappear and exposes their inhumane daily life.

Created in 1949, the MRAP was born in secrecy and resistance against Nazism and Fascism, initiated by former resistors and deportees. It is committed to combating all forms of racism, promoting friendship among peoples, and advocating for equal rights for all individuals.
