In order to celebrate Hugo’s two-year birthday on February 3, 2014, the association and its sponsors Laurent Barat and José Cobos, Philippe Roustan, and volunteer Communication School students coordinated by Marie-Chantal Di Martino Dhoste decided to organize a week of mobilization titled “Impossible is not Hugo”.
“It was because it was impossible that they decided to do it” is a phrase that could summarize this grand operation that will span over a week full of events and sharing.
An outpouring of generosity and awareness were the key words for making this event happen, and for generating donations in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Many volunteers joined the project every day, and the result is a program rich in emotions.
For sports, it begins tonight with a basketball game featuring the CTBB women’s team against local and national VIPs. Among these are announced Eric Abidal, Marc Toesca, Jean-Pierre Rivère, Valérie Nicolas, Laëtitia Lambert (World Champion of Thai boxing) José Cobos (Former captain of Gym), comedian Laurent Barat, Romain Genevois and Lionel Letizi (OGC Nice), Jean-Claude Vissiere (former professional basketball player) and, of course, players from the Men’s Nice Basket National 3 team.
At halftime, Hugo’s 2nd birthday will be celebrated, and the kickoff for all other events will be given.

The “Toques Brûlées” are pulling out all the stops! About ten great chefs will be putting on a show in the kitchen and dining room while on the iconic cabaret stage, there will be a succession of singers, comedians, and bands. A magician will move among the tables. Students from Lycée Hôtelier Paul Augier will provide the service for the occasion.
