On Wednesday, October 15, the Arena Swim Academy will make a stop in Antibes. It will bring together 40 apprentice swimmers aged 10 to 15, who are members of the club.
The results of our French champions continue to draw more and more children to swimming. Arena Swim Academy offers a privileged training session with Olympic champion Alain Bernard.
It is therefore Olympic champion Alain Bernard who will support the coaches of his former club, CN Antibes, during a training session truly unlike any other.
This will be an opportunity for them to communicate, exchange, and share their experiences with the Olympic champion.
Retired since the London Olympics in 2012, Alain Bernard has developed the session with his former coach Denis Auguin. “I have adapted this program to the age and level of the children,” explains Alain Bernard. “I want to convey to them the importance of enjoying the work and the physical and mental involvement necessary to reach the top level.”
