Under investigation since March 2026 in a case of aggravated money laundering which he contests, GIMS will perform at the Allianz Riviera in Nice on July 3, 2027 as part of the Carpe Diem Tour. Pre-sales will open on June 2 before general sales begin two days later.

The Allianz Riviera will host GIMS on July 3, 2027 for a date on the Carpe Diem Tour. The event is scheduled at the Nice venue for a concert that will feature several landmark hits from a career that began twenty years ago.

Pre-sales will begin this Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 2 p.m. Ticket sales to all sales channels are scheduled for June 4 at 10 a.m.

On stage, GIMS will perform “Sapés comme jamais,” “La Même,” and “Bella.” The audience will also hear more recent titles such as “Parisienne,” “Ninao,” “Spa” in collaboration with Theodora, as well as “Ciel.”

With eight million albums sold and ten billion streams combined, GIMS is among the most listened-to French-speaking artists. An author, composer, producer, and performer, the singer has collaborated extensively with French and international artists, including Sting, Sia, Maluma, Lil Wayne, Jul, Vianney, Nadine Sierra, and Theodora.

Awarded at the 2025 Victoires de la Musique in the Male Artist category, GIMS also set a longevity record at the top of the French album chart with 19 weeks in first place.

An ongoing legal proceeding

This announcement comes in a particular legal context. On March 27, 2026, GIMS was placed under investigation for “aggravated money laundering” and “money laundering by an organized group” as part of an investigation into an alleged vast money laundering scheme.

According to information revealed by Le Monde, the National Anti-Fraud Office suspects the existence of an international criminal organization based in Morocco that allegedly laundered over one billion euros between 2014 and 2025 through more than 2,000 companies. Investigators believe that over eight million euros passed through multiple structures linked to the artist and companies suspected of participating in this scheme.

The investigation also focuses on links between the singer and a real estate project in Marrakech. GIMS denies any conscious involvement in a fraud network and states that his relations with one of the protagonists in the case were exclusively commercial activities. At this stage of the proceedings, being placed under investigation does not constitute a conviction and the artist benefits from the presumption of innocence.

GIMS’s performance in Nice is among the major musical events already announced on the Côte d’Azur for summer 2027.
