On Thursday, March 9th at 3 PM, the preschool and kindergarten students from the “Les Lauriers Roses” school will visit the “Teddy Bear Hospital” with their comfort toys and stuffed animals, located at the AnimaNice Django Reinhardt center.
Organized by Humanice*, a supportive student association in Nice, in partnership with the city of Nice, this event aims to: Raise awareness among students about the hospital environment, Reduce the fear of hospitals, Convey prevention messages, and (re)teach basic hygiene rules while demystifying the medical world!
The students will be welcomed into a miniature hospital by health students from the Faculty of Medicine in Nice (medicine, midwifery, dentistry, physiotherapy, speech therapy, pharmacy, nursing, etc.). Accompanied by their most faithful companion, their sick teddy bear, the children will be able to follow a full consultation, from reception to the pharmacy, without being patients themselves.
