In Nice, Fenêtre sur Com excels “Like a boss”

The event will feature a debate on the various ways of communication by several renowned head chefs working in the region.

The buffet will be prepared in the afternoon by students from the hotel schools of Nice and Menton under the guidance of their respective heads of work, Jean-Paul Gravelle for Paul Augier and Eric Capuzzo for Paul Valéry, according to the recipes devised by the Chefs (open to journalists for interviews).

The Conference will conclude at 7:00 PM with a tasting of the buffet.

Roundtables of the day

– Differences and concerns of chefs about quality,
– What budget for communication/what share of turnover?
– Passing on expertise to learners, know-how, etiquette…
– Their link and positioning with regard to the rise of organic foods, fruit and vegetable campaigns, image…

The roundtables will be moderated by Bernard Van de Kherkove.
Presence of gourmet guide such as Gantié and specialized reviews like “Elle à Table”, mini expo on table art, edible flowers, organic wines…

This event is open to communicators, professionals, Tourism Offices, hotels, restaurants, businesses…
