Century 21 Lafage Transactions received several awards at the National Convention in Paris. The group and its employees were recognized for their performance on the real estate market on the French Riviera.
The 36th Century 21 National Convention, held at the Paris Convention Center on March 15 and 16, highlighted the performance of Century 21 Lafage Transactions. The company led by Benjamin Mondou was awarded in several categories. The Mont-Boron agency achieved first place nationally in the “Fine homes & estates (luxury)” category. The group also topped the regional ranking for the GOAL Baie des Anges and finished fourth nationally, with a turnover of 7.5 million euros excluding taxes.
Individual awards were numerous. Valérie Oltra and Jean-Alain Renvoisé were named champions of the GOAL Baie des Anges. Laurent Baudou was among the five best French agents in commerce and business. Twelve employees received the title of Centurion, reserved for advisors exceeding 170,000 euros in transaction commissions.
Benjamin Mondou praised the collective commitment: “2025 has been a very successful year for our teams who worked hard to achieve these results.” The president of Century 21 Lafage also recalled the attractiveness of the region: “the French Riviera remains a safe bet in terms of real estate investments” and highlighted the constant interest from foreign buyers, particularly Americans, Scandinavians and Anglo-Saxons, “who wish to find their haven of peace in the sun.”
