Two weeks after their successful match against the leader Massy in a demonstration game, the Nice rugby players managed to outperform Aubenas. They scored six tries and secured the offensive bonus point.
The match had no suspense, with the team from the Côte d’Azur scoring in the 8th minute and then breaking away in the first half (26-6) before managing the second half.
Towards the end, the game opened up and saw the expulsion of two players. Red cards were given to Fritz from Nice and Baudy from Aubenas due to a brawl.
In the standings, the Stade Niçois solidifies its 6th place. Next match is next weekend in Cognac!
