The Metropolis is committed to fighting the digital divide with the “WeTechCare” initiative.

The Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Area, in collaboration with ENEDIS, is initiating the “WeTechCare” initiative, which aims to unite digital stakeholders present in the territory to implement, in several phases, actions to combat the digital divide, particularly in priority neighborhoods.

This local digital inclusion strategy, led by the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Area, will involve institutional, associative, and social and solidarity economy actors engaged in serving the public.

The residents of the neighborhoods affected by this first experiment will benefit from support actions in their use of digital tools. The objective of this operation is to improve citizens’ relationship with e-administration, to combat inequalities within the same territory, and thus promote equal opportunities.
