Aromatic creation is a scientific and technical endeavor coupled with an almost artistic approach. Two aroma specialists from the company Robertet, Emmanuelle Galimberti and Gwenaëla Cras, will lead this event focusing on the physiology of taste (the mechanisms of perception) and the emotions evoked by taste.
