A new restaurant has just opened its doors at CAP 3000. Since July 27, 2026, Black & White Burger welcomes customers in the shopping center of Saint-Laurent-du-Var, a few kilometers from Nice. Founded by content creators IbraTV and Djam, the chain continues its development on the French Riviera.

This new location is situated in a shopping center that welcomed 12.5 million visitors in 2025. A frequency that makes CAP 3000 a sought-after location for restaurant brands. The restaurant also benefits from a location facing the beach.

A new restaurant facing the beach

Black & White Burger occupies a space of 170 m². The establishment has 32 indoor seats and 24 terrace seats. The location is open 7 days a week, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The opening is part of the chain’s development in southern France. Black & White Burger seeks to strengthen its territorial network by establishing itself in high-traffic areas. The first few weeks already provide a glimpse of the restaurant’s activity. Since the opening on July 27, over 80,000 euros in revenue have been generated in less than a month. No communication tools or delivery service had yet been launched during this period.

The restaurant launched by YouTubers

Black & White Burger was created in 2018 in Paris by YouTubers IbraTV and Djam, accompanied by Mansour Nasr and Youssef Saadaoui. The chain now has over 40 restaurants and welcomes nearly 2.5 million customers each year.

The brand became known notably for its black and white breads made with vegetable charcoal and its Angus beef steaks. Original recipes and collaborations with personalities complete the offer proposed in the restaurants.

With this opening at CAP 3000, Black & White Burger continues its expansion in major French cities. The new location also strengthens the chain’s presence on the French Riviera.
