For several years now, energy production has been at the heart of economic and environmental issues to ensure the preservation of our planet. The building sector is an area with significant potential for energy savings. Thoughtful placement, optimal orientation, the relevant choice of materials, effective insulation, and the use of renewable energy sources are all solutions to consider for achieving energy savings and, in doing so, minimizing the environmental impact of a project.
Eco-construction corresponds to a new vision of housing that takes into consideration three main aspects:
¤ Environment,
¤ Energy
¤ Health.
What materials should be used? How can all parts of my house be optimized? What should be prioritized?
During this meeting, the Espace Info Energie of the Maison de l’Environnement will provide concrete answers to the various questions Niçois residents may have on this topic.
The Espace Info Energie of the Maison de l’Environnement was created at the initiative of the City of Nice and with the technical and financial support of ADEME and the Regional Council of PACA.
This space provides impartial, free, and objective information and advice on energy management, efficient housing, and renewable energies.
