Before the first retrospective of Judy Chicago scheduled at the MOCA in Miami this winter, Villa Arson revisits the early experiments of this unclassifiable artist, at the intersection of various movements from an entire era: from pop art to light and space, including hard-edge and minimalism.
This is an opportunity to explore the paintings, sculptures, and installations of this artist whose work is deeply rooted in California, including “Feather Room,” a massive installation created in 1967 composed of white feathers, light tarps, and a lighting system. Unmissable.
Until November 4, every day except Tuesday, from 2 PM to 6 PM.
