This summer, the Gym stadium will reveal itself through various running courses.
On June 18th, the first edition of the Allianz Riviera Run will take place, offering a sporting exploration of the largest stadium in the Azure capital. Beyond the fact that it is an official race (timed and approved by the French Athletics Federation), the ARR will allow participants to discover the stadium’s backstage areas, its unsuspected spaces, and also the National Sports Museum.
Three courses with different distances are available to interested runners, curious onlookers, or families:
– the 7-kilometer: the “Classic” of the Allianz Riviera Run, to be completed alone or in a team of 4, offering a full and immersive tour of the surroundings and the backstage of the Allianz Riviera
– the 4-kilometer: designed for those who want to focus on the essentials, namely the heart of the Allianz Riviera and the National Sports Museum.
– the 2-kilometer: the “Family Run” to introduce the youngest or less experienced to running while discovering the stadium’s premises and the National Sports Museum.
These fun and sporty races will allow all the people of Nice and those from the Azure region to deeply explore the backstage of the stadium which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
To participate in the first edition of the Allianz Riviera Run, reserve your bibs on the event’s website. 1€ per bib will be donated to the OGC Nice endowment fund.
