It’s the return of this friendly race on the Promenade des Anglais.
The Défi Run Assu 2000 is a family-friendly, quirky, and accessible obstacle course. Running is great… but climbing, crawling, jumping, and laughing while running is even better! The goal is to overcome the obstacles with friends, family, as a couple, or solo in a festive and sporty atmosphere.
Over a distance of 7 km, there are more than 20 obstacles to tackle, which means just as many opportunities for participants to showcase all their talent…
The Défi Run Assu 2000 is open to everyone! From beginner athletes to seasoned ones, everyone at their own pace, everyone at their own distance, the important thing is to participate.
This year, Laury Thilleman and Ariane Brodier are the ambassadors of the race, who will give the go-ahead for different waves of starts. They will also be present on the course to encourage the participants.
