An incident in the Paris region has caused a significant delay on the TGV Inoui 6175, with repercussions as far as Nice.

The TGV traffic between Paris and Nice was disrupted this Monday, November 8. A technical issue on a train located north of Paris delayed the departure of the TGV Inoui 6175, scheduled at 10:09 AM at Paris-Gare-de-Lyon. The delay currently stands at two hours. The consequences affect all the stations served up to Nice. For the time being, no delays are shown yet, but repercussions are expected in the coming minutes.

A direct impact on travelers from the Côte d’Azur

The train was supposed to reach Marseille, Toulon, Les Arcs/Draguignan, Cannes, Antibes, and then Nice, its final destination. The departure delay has shifted all arrivals. Travelers heading to Nice are expected to be at least two hours late. According to the SNCF, the cause of the disruptions is due to a technical incident that occurred on a train north of Paris.”

No estimate for a return to normal has been provided. Therefore, travelers from the Côte d’Azur may continue to experience disruptions until late in the evening.
