A young association from Nice, “The Path of Dreams”, helps people with disabilities, both morally and materially, particularly through leisure, sports and social gatherings.
Over time, it has managed to maintain, as wished by its president Christophe LENOBLE and vice-president Alexandra SCHLAFMUNTER, a family atmosphere so that everyone can feel at home and enjoy themselves.
The strong and innovative points of this association are the fact that it takes into account all types of disabilities and especially that it brings together in its projects both able-bodied and disabled people, so that together the barriers of difference finally fall.
Handi’run 2005 in Beaulieu sur Mer was a great success with over 400 participants, but there have also been several handball tournaments, recreational outings and various activities, days at Marineland, and soon the launch of discussion and meeting groups.
An information day will be organized on September 24th next from 10am to noon at the association space, 12 ter Place Garibaldi, followed by an afternoon at Parc Phoenix (by registration).

To top it all off and to delight the youngest, the association is renewing in November a complete weekend at Disneyland Paris. A young disabled child from Nice with one of his relatives and 4 children from the Paris region will be invited to spend two days of dreams in this magical park.
Congratulations to Frank May (well known to Nice residents) and to Elody who have accepted with all their hearts to be respectively the Godfather and Godmother of The Path of Dreams.
And as Christophe LENOBLE keeps saying: “we are all volunteers and it is important to emphasize, our reward is, and will remain, the smile of all these children, adults and teenagers”.
